Our powder sunscreen was developed out of our frustration with not having a good solution for our fair-muzzled equine friends who suffer all summer from burned and peeling skin. The smelly cream and liquid sunscreens were categorically rejected by our herd, but have no problem with our unscented sunscreen powder.

Non-toxic, easy to apply and long lasting, our pharmacuetucal-grade zinc oxide is the best broad spectrum UVA and UVB reflector approved for use as a sunscreen by the Food and Drug Administration. Because it reflects light by sitting on top of the skin, it is not absorbed into the skin so it does not cause irritation or allergic reactions.
